Corporate Governance & Advisory

Corporate Governance
& Advisory

Clear accountability. Better decisions.

I bring an executive perspective to corporate governance, connecting strategic oversight with the realities of running a business.

My advisory focus is practical: clarify decision rights, challenge assumptions, and give leaders a stronger basis for judgment.

Exemplary Assignment

Corporate Governance: Maximize Your Effectiveness in the Boardroom

Issued March 8, 2023 · ESG and succession planning

In March 2023, I earned an Exemplary Assignment badge in Wharton's Corporate Governance program for my work on ESG and succession planning. The recognition highlighted my analysis of the challenges in evaluating the impact of ESG strategy and planning leadership succession.

I care deeply about corporate governance and environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations. For me, responsible leadership means examining how decisions affect people, environmental responsibilities and the long-term health of a business. My advisory perspective emphasizes clear accountability, transparent oversight and evidence that helps leaders weigh those responsibilities.

Advisory focus

Support for the decisions
that shape the business.

I focus on the connection between what leadership needs to know, who owns the decision, and how execution will be reviewed.

01

Board & executive advisory

Structure strategic discussions, surface competing assumptions, and define the information needed before a decision is made.

02

Decision rights & accountability

Clarify the responsibilities of owners, boards and management, with explicit approval boundaries and escalation paths.

03

Performance oversight

Connect management reporting to strategic priorities. Examine the assumptions behind forecasts, performance measures and commitments.

04

Risk & technology oversight

Frame questions about data quality, AI use and human accountability so leaders can assess the evidence and agree on review points.

Relevant experience
