REVENUE LEADERSHIP
Fractional CRO Leadership for B2B Companies
CEOs and founders who need senior commercial leadership can engage Andre Magrini to clarify go-to-market priorities, lead the revenue cadence and strengthen pipeline accountability on an agreed part-time basis.
Experience you can examine before an engagement
Evaluate the person behind the mandate. Andre Magrini works across commercial execution, forecasting, revenue operations and AI strategy. His interviews discuss revenue decision-making and agribusiness operations. These publications provide context for a scope discussion; engagement responsibilities, availability and deliverables are agreed separately.
- The CRO Club interview, July 7, 2026
Phil Gray interviewed Andre Magrini about opportunity qualification, revenue forecasting and human oversight of AI. The publication identified him as CRO at OGI at the time of the interview.

Interviews document published commentary. They are not client testimonials or independently audited financial results.
Translate a commercial problem into an executive mandate
Define the decision that is currently missing: which market to pursue, how to prioritize accounts, how to manage channels or which opportunities belong in the forecast. Name the sponsor, the internal implementation owners and the decisions the executive may make. The engagement is easier to evaluate when responsibilities are specific and observable.
Agree evidence of progress before work starts
Track agreed milestones such as a clarified customer segment, a reviewed pipeline, an accountable forecast cadence and documented handoffs. Report activities separately from customer outcomes, bookings and collected revenue. A forecast improvement or a sales target should not be promised without understanding data quality, capacity and the buying cycle.
Evaluate fit and the alternative
Fractional leadership may fit a defined senior mandate with an internal team able to execute. A full-time or interim leader may fit when daily executive coverage and sustained direct management are essential. A consultant or sales specialist may fit a narrower problem. The label is less important than ownership, availability and the work the company actually needs.
Questions for the first discussion
What must change, and why now? Who owns implementation? What data and customer access can be provided? Which decisions require board or CEO approval? What would make the engagement stop or expand? Fees, schedule and start date are confirmed after scope and availability are established.
Scope of leadership
The mandate can cover market and customer focus, sales and channel leadership, pipeline and forecast governance, revenue operations, and management cadence. Agree decision rights, access, internal implementation owners and reporting before work starts.
How the work is governed
Fees and availability are confirmed in a written proposal after the scope discussion. The proposal specifies time commitment, decision authority, deliverables, client responsibilities, confidentiality, review cadence and handover. A diagnostic is an option when the mandate needs definition, not an automatic prerequisite.
Scope and exclusions
This service is not outsourced prospecting, commission-only closing or a stand-alone sales workshop. It does not guarantee revenue. A company that needs daily executive coverage should evaluate a full-time or interim role.
Evidence and limits
The self-reported AGI Brazil leadership experience covers sales organization, channels and management cadence.
