WHO I AM

Revenue Operator, AI Architect, and Executive Advisor

My career did not follow a straight line. It followed the money — and the problems behind it. I started in sales. I learned how revenue actually gets made: one deal, one relationship, one hard quarter at a time. Then I was handed the keys to an entire country operation — a $35M business in Brazil that needed a turnaround. I rebuilt the sales org, restructured the channel, rewired the P&L, and scaled it past $150M. That was not theory. That was 6 AM calls, dealer visits, and a team that learned to execute under pressure.

Today I operate on two fronts. As Global CRO at OGI Systems in Chicago, I architect AI-powered revenue systems for enterprise clients in Data, AI, and Cloud. Simultaneously, I conduct original research on how large language models actually perform under scrutiny — my work with Tepis AI and MetaTruth has uncovered failure mechanisms that mainstream benchmarks miss entirely. I hold two master’s degrees from USP, executive credentials from Chicago Booth and Wharton, and I have published six books. But what matters more than any credential: I have built the thing I teach. Every framework I use was forged in a live P&L, not a classroom.

I have done the thing most executives only present in pitch decks. I took a $35M operation in Brazil, rebuilt the sales organization from scratch, restructured the channel, rewired the P&L, and scaled it past $150M. That was not a consulting engagement — I owned the number.
